| Swedish Massage |
Slow rhythmic and hypnotic strokes incorporate these techniques and combine them with gentle rocking and stretching movements. Tapping and kneading strokes work the entire body, relieving muscle tension and loosening sore joints.
|
| Deep Tissue |
Through the study of reflexology, it is revealed that certain areas on your feet and hands are directly related to other body parts, including muscles, bones, organs and more. Pent up stress and tension is released by applying pressure on specific areas of your feet or hands. This is surprisingly relaxing and therapeutic type of massage.

| Reiki (60 min) |
Reiki can be dated back to the early Tibetan practices of healing. Hands on touch and visualization are directed as a healing technique by using the body's energy sources called chakras. This particular approach was introduced in the United States in the mid 1990's. The therapist uses passive touch to channel energy within the body.
|
| Myofascial Release |
Fascia is an interconnected sheet of tissue that surrounds bones, muscles, nerves, and all other internal organs and tissues. Tension in one area can theoretically cause pain in a distant location. During the session, gentle, prolonged pressure is maintained to soften the facial tissue. This release can restore range of motion and treat chronic pain.
|
| Warm Stone Massage |
Therapeutic stone massage harmonizes various massage techniques with warm stones for a deeper relaxation. This massage creates harmony and positive energy flow to promote a sense of balance, energy and peace. The stones provide a deeper relaxation from the continuous heat therapy and increased relief to stressed muscles.

| Sportsmen's Massage |
